Greene Aspen Lodge is a beautiful luxury home that's suited for the whole family, located in the Tahoe area. The spacious home features two master suites, three gas fireplaces, two large 46-inch home theater systems--one in the game room and one in the great room--a game room with foosball table and video games for the kids, a large great room with 20-foot high ceilings, an exquisite Arts and Crafts tile gas fireplace, and a hefty mahogany dining table for large family gatherings. The living room features fine leather furniture and an adjoining bar area with a high bistro table and leather bar chairs. The expansive redwood deck on the back of the house is perfect for entertaining and includes a large stainless steel barbecue and a teak outdoor bar imported from Indonesia. Kids can play horseshoes and parents can lounge in a hammock next to a row of Aspens that rustle wonderfully in the warm afternoon summer breezes. At night, you can enjoy a perfect close to a long day of pleasure by settling into the seven-person hot tub in the privacy of your back deck. In Winter, the home is ideally located minutes away from several world-class ski resorts (Squaw Valley, North Star and Sugar Bowl). Nearby, there is a kid's sledding area, fitness center and year-round lap pool for getting in those workouts. The Tahoe-Donner cross country ski resort, also minutes away, is one of the premier Nordic skiing areas in all of North America. Tahoe Donner also features a downhill ski resort, which is perfect for the whole family. In Summer, nearby amenities range from hiking and mountain biking, golf at two of the neighborhood's renowned golf courses, a tennis club, a family pool, fitness center, equestrian center, private beach on Donner Lake with swimming and boating. Nearby Truckee offers the best in fine dining and shopping. Visitors can also enjoy riverrafting or kayaking on the Truckee river, fly fishing, rock climbing and dozens of other outdoor activities. Tahoe offers everyone in the family something fun to do.
