The key word in our description of the Club is 'ownership': with The Hideaways Club you don't just buy the right to use your properties, you buy a stake in the entire portfolio, with all the benefits of a property investment which is selected, managed, and maintained by some of the leading experts in both the property and service sectors. With a typical destination club you may not get your full deposit back if you decide to leave, and there's no upside to your investment because you don' t own any share of the assets. On the other hand if you buy a fractional share in a single property your holidays are limited to that one place and your upside is limited to the growth (or decline) of that particular market. With membership of The Hideaways Club you can use any of your beautiful and different properties throughout the year, and you own a share in all the Club's property assets and therefore participate in any growth in the value of the whole portfolio. And usage is very flexible, if you can't use the weeks you planned to, then you can share it with your friends, family, or even business associates, which many destination clubs don't allow.
