DOWNERS GROVE, IL – March 25, 2010 … In response to increasing interest from prospects who recognize that the Abercrombie & Kent Residence Club is a smart alternative to owning a second home, the Club is extending its limited-time pricing on equity memberships through June 30, 2010. Membership in the Abercrombie & Kent Residence Club combines the benefits of owning a second home with the flexibility to travel to a range of destinations – without the responsibilities of ownership. “Interest in the Club was very strong in the first quarter, exceeding total membership sales in 2009, with more than a dozen prospects in the final stages of joining,” explains Abercrombie & Kent Residence Club President Scott Wiseman. “This extension will give them the time they need to make a commitment before the July 1 price increase.”
Membership in the Club offers access to a portfolio of private homes and villas in the most sought after destinations around the globe, for less than the cost of a down payment on a comparable second home. This limited-time offer gives prospective members the chance to buy into the Club as an equity member at an unprecedented low rate. Membership pricing will reset with a 5% increase July 1, 2010.

The Club’s residences – which are typically 4,000 square feet with four bedrooms and at least four baths – are designed to provide a comfortable “home away from home” for family and friends. A two-year trial membership in the Abercrombie & Kent Residence Club is available for those who want an extended opportunity to experience Club life before making a long-term commitment.
